People with stress-related problems are often told to relax or reduce their stress, but they are not told how.  There are also too few courses where a person can learn to manage their stress, often they cannot fit these courses into their working day, or they cannot afford to pay a Stress Management Adviser.  This is where this course comes in; it’s totally flexible and you can go at your own speed.
