This workshop is a excellent way to discover how the key sports psychology skills and techniques help to improve your sports performance. During this session you will learn:

  • How to build your own mental strategies to build ongoing, sustainable success
  • How to stay focused, positive and motivated.

This workshop is ideal for people who are serious about improving their sporting performance and want to learn more about what sports psychology can do for them. The workshop, delivered by our senior mental training coach, Stuart Chambers BSc (Hons) MNLP, gives great insights and information on the key sports psychology technics. It is delivered in a fun, informal way at our fantastic training centre in rural Sufffolk.

There are usually only 15 places available on each workshop to ensure the right atmosphere and environment.
